Where to find your bread
We are an Oregon Cottage Home Bakery that has been serving fresh and delicious baked goods to La Pine for around 3 years.
We are open year-round through our "Sam's Bread Shed" locker system located at The Vegetable Man of La Pine, as well as pick up and delivery.
Bread orders available for pickup Tuesday and Friday 10am-8pm at "Sam's Bread Shed".
You can find our bread stocked at The Vegetable Man of La Pine throughout the summer.

Our Story
I have had a love for cooking since birth. My happy place is making food for those I love. My sourdough journey began in 2019 when my husband, staying home with our first-born son, mixed together a blend of flour, water and patience into a live sourdough culture. We made bread together and couldn't turn back to store bought bread. Since then, I've cared for and nurtured the live starter into a delicious base for my bread. With lots of love, our bread is made with only Organic flour, Sourdough Culture, Pink Himalayan salt and water.
